Dream Auto Miami, LLC ("Dream Auto Miami," "We," "Our," or "Us") provides this website, mobile app, and its associated services ("Site") for your personal use, subject to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site. RESERVATIONS AND TRANSACTIONS

All reservations and transactions made via the Site are subject to Dream Auto Miami’s acceptance. Dream Auto Miami reserves the right to reject or cancel any reservation at its sole discretion, with or without cause. Any reservation made via the Site does not constitute a rental contract until confirmed by Dream Auto Miami at one of our locations. All rental agreements are finalized at Dream Auto Miami’s branch locations.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Pricing for rentals is provided on the Site and is subject to availability. All charges, including rental fees, taxes, insurance, and security deposits, will be disclosed during the reservation process. The total price for your rental will be confirmed upon booking.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations must be made in accordance with Dream Auto Miami’s cancellation policy, and a cancellation fee may apply depending on when the cancellation occurs. Refunds are subject to the specific terms of your reservation and the timing of the cancellation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable security deposit is required at the time of reservation. The amount of the deposit is determined based on the type of vehicle and rental duration. This deposit will be refunded following the return of the vehicle, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

DELIVERY AND PICK-UP

Dream Auto Miami offers delivery and pick-up services for vehicles at locations such as Miami International Airport (MIA), Opa-locka Executive Airport (OPF), Tamiami Airport (TMB), hotels, and private residences. The delivery and pick-up times will be coordinated at the time of booking. Dream Auto Miami is not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond its control.

USE OF VEHICLE

You agree to use the rented vehicle for lawful purposes only. You may not:

Use the vehicle for illegal activities.

Allow any person not listed as an authorized driver to operate the vehicle.

Drive the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Take the vehicle off-road or engage in activities that could damage the vehicle.

You are responsible for any damage or loss of the vehicle during the rental period, and the cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to your account. Dream Auto Miami reserves the right to retain any portion of the security deposit to cover such damages.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENT

You must provide proof of valid insurance when renting a vehicle from Dream Auto Miami, or you may purchase insurance coverage through us. Failure to provide insurance or purchase coverage will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of the Site, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of Dream Auto Miami or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without express written permission from Dream Auto Miami.

LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Dream Auto Miami is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website, and the inclusion of any third-party link does not imply endorsement by Dream Auto Miami.

PRIVACY POLICY

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes that arise from or relate to these Terms must be resolved through binding arbitration, and not in a court of law. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Miami, Florida.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SITE

Dream Auto Miami reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, including its content and services, at any time, without notice.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Dream Auto Miami may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding under these Terms must be brought in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
